Provides administrative support to the Enrollment Director & staff on all matters.

Responsibilites |
· Maintains files, ensures papers and documents are placed into appropriate files and conducts audits of files
· Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
· Assists or prepares correspondence.
· Prepares new files.
· Processes mail
· Answers phones and transfers to appropriate staff, greets public and directs them to correct staff member
· Monitor and maintain office supplies
· Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
· Performs work related errands as requested by Enrollment staff
· Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Qualification requirements |
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Business college training an advantage
· Previous office experience preferred
· Computer and internet skills including MS office
· Organization and planning and great written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
· Must have a valid Oklahoma Drivers License, be able to pass a background and drug test. Native Preference
